The Veterinarian Safaris of SafariScout.com were mentioned by the german travel magazine GeoSaison in September 2008 under "Traveller's News". Publication day was 20 August 2008. In March 2009 GeoSaison recommended SafariScout.com in a travel report about a safari in South Africa.

The german TV station Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) paid SafariScout.com a visit and interview Beate Gernhuber about her 10 years travelling through Southern Africa. "Dreaming of Adventure" was aired on 3 February 2007. 

The Potsdam daily newspaper "Märkische Allgemeine Zeitung" introduced the SafariScout.com tours and safaris on 20 September 2006 under the headline "Knowing the price of a beer in Namibia and where to find the last gorillas".

SafariScout.com did its bit to promote Southern Africa and especially South Africa as safe and diverse travel and holiday destinations during the FIFA World Cup in South Africa 2010. To befound under www.wm-suedafrika.net .

November 2009 saw SafariScout.com presenting itself for the first time at the Potsdam Travel Fair.  The wellness, sports and travel fair FIT followed in June 2010.

SafariScout.com promotes kilimanjaro climbs, hiking in Namibia and biking in South Africa at a travel fair.
